There’s really nothing I love more than a scrumptious birthday cake (whether it’s mine or not). Thankfully, mine was overflowing with my favorites: mocha cake filled with apricot jam, adorned with oodles of tasty pink and purple flowers from Two Little Red Hens. I spent my birthday with friends appreciating the warmth of Spring by relaxing in Central Park. Later, I went out to dinner at Sfoglia, one of my favorite restaurants that I don't get around to enough. My birthday dinner consisted of rich, pea shoot ravioli and escarole salad.
I'm wearing my vintage African-motif dress via Wasteland Vintage bought on my recent trip to San Francisco. As mentioned in a previous post I had plans on hemming it and I'm so happy how it turned out.
Summer’s almost here and I have a lot of really exciting collaborations coming out soon that I can’t wait to share!

I love the pattern on your dress! Happy belated birthday :) Love the blog - I followed! ♥
ReplyDeleteEep, your dress is amazing!!!!!!! My grandmother used to wear this amazing black dress with neon green turtles and sea creatures and sometimes I would sneak it out of her closet and wear it even though it should have dawned on me in high school that all the other kids would find me strange for wearing my grandmother's clothing. Happy birthday! I think your blog is so charming in the fanciest, loveliest way.
